Input from community members is a crucially important part of San Joaquin County’s update of its Development Title which includes regulations for zoning and subdivision controls and other regulations related to infrastructure, services, and fees to implement the County’s 2035 General Plan.

Hear details about the Development Title Update from County staff and the County’s consultant: what it will cover, how long it will take, and how you can participate in the process. The County is committed to providing opportunities for residents, business owners and others concerned about land use and development to be heard. Become a part of the process and make you voice heard. Tell us what works and what doesn’t and how you would like the permitting process streamlined.
