Join us for a community open house on the Santa Rosa Downtown Station Area Specific Plan, the blueprint for development and preservation in the downtown area.
Originally adopted in 2007, the Plan envisions a mix of housing, jobs, retail, and entertainment in a vibrant, walkable downtown. Since that time, however, only 100 of the 3,400 housing units planned have been built, and other goals remain unmet.
Now, the City of Santa Rosa is updating the Plan to explore options for addressing the community’s unmet housing needs and achieving the vision for downtown. As the project kicks off, we need your input on issues and opportunities as well as strategies for addressing them.
Childcare will be provided for kids ages 3-10.
